Las Imágenes de alto rango dinámico (HDR) son un conjunto de técnicas que permiten un mejor rango dinámico de luminancias entre las zonas más claras y las más oscuras de una imagen del que técnicas de imagen digital estándar o métodos fotográficos pueden ofrecer.

Y esta es una de esas imágenes HDR, no es una técnica que me guste demasiado pero consigue sacar las sombras sin quemar las luces, algo que le hacía falta a esta foto. La luz era dura aquella tarde y a pesar de que la zona en sombra desaparecía en la foto no me resistí a intentar la composición.
Fue mi primera tarde paseando por Oaxaca cuando me topé con el Templo de Santo Domingo, declarado, junto con todo el centro histórico de la ciudad, Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad. Bueno, me topé con el Templo, con el vendedor, el kiosco, la plaza y el atardecer… todo a la vez, conjugado para obligarme a intentar mi primer HDR. Y aquí os lo dejo.
Oaxaca me pareció una ciudad muy interesante, con un espíritu reivindicativo que impregna el ambiente, una ciudad que se mueve, bonita, con una amplia oferta cultural y social, extrovertida. Otra ciudad colonial empedrada y colorida, pero con algo especial que me cautivó. Tal vez la noche oaxaqueña tuvo algo que ver… mejor os lo cuento la semana que viene :p .
